Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The Hindu Marriage Petition No.633 of 2016 filed by the Respondent husband and pending before the Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Jalgaon, is transferred to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

(ii)The Superintendent, Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon, shall forward papers and proceedings in H.M.P.No.633 of 2016 to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, so as to reach Bandra, Mumbai not later than 10th August, 2017. (iii)The parties shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, on 14 th August, 2017 at 11.00 a.m., and obtain necessary directions/orders in the matter.

mca 212 of 2017 (15).sxw (iv)The learned Judge of the Family Court, Bandra, who is assigned with the matter, shall dispose off the same within a period of six months from 14th August, 2017.

(v) The learned Judge shall not grant any adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary and the parties too shall not apply for any adjournments unless absolutely necessary.

(vi)All contentions of the parties are kept open. (vii)The above Misc. Civil Application is disposed of. All concerned to act on an ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by the Private Secretary of this Court. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 2/2
