The Trial Court has rejected the prayer for grant of bail on 12.06.2018 and since then the present application is pending. Prosecution case is, applicant found in possession of counterfeit currency notes.

Apart from above, there is sufficient material available on record against the applicant which prima-facie shows involvement of the present applicant in the offence. 4.

That being so, no case for grant of bail is made out. 5.

Application as such stands rejected.
