The learned counsel for respondent No.2 - Chief Election Commissioner of India, invites our attention to the judgment dated 5 February 2014 of the Division Bench of this Court at Aurangabad in PIL No.67 of 2011. Having gone through the said judgment, we find that the controversy raised in the present PIL is covered by the judgment delivered by this Court at Aurangabad in PIL No.67 of 2011. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and VRD

PIL225.14 the stand of the Chief Election Commissioner of India, this Court at Aurangabad dismissed the PIL. Following the said decision, we dismiss this PIL.
