By this Civil Application the Applicant is seeking condonation of 182 days delay in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 30.09.2016 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibaug in LAR NO.390/2000.
Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP and the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:
"(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 182 days in filing the above mentioned First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 30.09.2016 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag-Raigad in L.A.R.No.390 of 2000(Old L.A.R.No.537/1989).
