2] This petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing TILR to dispose of the petitioners' application received in TILR's office on 16 July 2013 within a period of four months from today. Such disposal shall be in accordance with law and after complying with the principles of natural justice.

3] Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that the aforesaid exercise has to be carried out in consequence of the order made by the Additional Commissioner dated 9 May 2013 in Revision Application No. 114 of 2010. Learned counsel further points out that in the Appeal as well as Revision proceedings, there 1/2

DSS 16-wp-8702-13 was a status quo order in operation with respect to the order dated 17 December 2008 (18 December 2008) made by the SubDivisional Officer.
