Rule. Returnable forthwith. By consent of parties, taken up for final disposal, at the stage of admission. All these petitions are filed by the petitioner raising therein grievance in respect of delay on the part of Education Officer - respondent No. 2 in taking decision in respect of their proposal for approval submitted through proper authority i.e. 'Headmaster' of the respective school i.e. respondent No.-3. Considering the limited grievance raised in the petitions and reliefs claimed for the expeditious disposal of the proposal pending with the Education Officer, we are inclined to disposed of the petitions with following order/directions;
ORDER
(I) The Education Officer - respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide all the pending proposals in accordance 3/4
with law within four weeks from the date of passing of order; (II)All concerned, including the petitioner and the Headmaster of the concerned school be heard before passing the order; (III) With this order and direction, the writ petitions are disposed of with no order as to costs;
(IV) Rule made absolute in above terms.
(V) Petitioners will be at liberty to file fresh petition, if any order adverse to interest of petitioner passed in the matter.
The parties to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this Order.
