DATE : JULY 19, 2018 P.C.:- A;fter arguing the matter for some time, by consent of the parties, we dispose of this petition by directing the Secretary of respondent No.1 Municipal Agricultural Produce Market Committee to visit the petitioner's subject premises on Monday,

2 9) wp7333-18.doc July 23, 2018 at 11.00 a.m. On that day, the seal on the subject shop be removed and the petitioner be allowed to open the shop for two hours so that he can take out papers, necessary for making payment as per the notice dated May 25, 2018 (Exhibit 'B' to the petition). Thereafter, the shop be re-sealed by respondent No.1 and it shall be opened only in case the petitioner makes the payment as per the notice dated May 25, 2018 - Exhibit 'B'. On making the payment, the seal shall be removed and the possession of the shop shall be handed over forthwith to the petitioner. 2.

In view of this order, the proposed auction as per the public notice, filed by the petitioner during the course of the day, shall not be given effect to.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
