The applicant has preferred the Criminal Appeal (stamp) No.522 of 2016 through jail as also Criminal Application No.909 of 2016 for condonation of delay which has been caused in filing the appeal. The prayer of the applicant in this application is that a Counsel be appointed from the Legal Aid Panel to represent him in his appeal as also in the Criminal Application No.909 of 2016 for condonation of delay. 2.

In view of the prayer made by the applicant, we appoint Ms.Rohini Dandekar, who is on the panel of advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee, to represent the applicant in the criminal Application 1 / 2
