By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner (original defendant no.13) has impugned the order dated 25th April 2018 passed by the learned trial Judge rejecting a question in the cross-examination "whether Hari Bhikaji Vatkar was an agricultural tenant or not."

This Court cannot entertain this writ petition against the question disallowed by the learned trial Judge in the cross-examination. The remedy of the petitioner would be to challenge the final judgment and decree along with rejection of the question disallowed by the learned trial Judge if he is aggrieved by the said final judgment and decree.

Writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid clarification. The petitioner is directed to convey this order to the respondent as well as the learned trial Judge for information and compliance. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
