After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the petition can be disposed of in terms of the following order and it is, accordingly, ordered as follows : (I) The impugned order dated 7 June 2018 passed by the Industrial Court at Satara is quashed and set aside. (II) The interim application of the complainant, being Exhibit U-2, in complaint (ULP) No.3/2018 is remanded to the Industrial Court at Satara for a fresh hearing in accordance with law.

(III)The ad-interim relief operating in the matter in terms of prayer clauses (d), (e) and (g) of Exhibit U-2 shall continue to operate till application in Exhibit U-2 is decided by the Industrial Court.

(V) The writ petition is disposed of.
