P.C.:- By a reasoned Order dated 9th July, 2018, the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the concerned Police station on stipulated dates, to join the process of investigation. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. The deceased Anoop R. Bhadange has left behind a suicide note running into 10 pages. It is stated that, due to the various proceedings and/or complaints lodged by his wife Ms. Ashwini Bhadange, he was disturbed. That, on earlier occasion, he was called to police station and was explained with the legal repercussions by the concerned. That, he was fade up because of the various proceedings 1/2

ssm 2 21-aba1337.18.doc instituted by his wife Ms. Ashwini Bhadange and under the said circumstances, he committed suicide by hanging on 27th May, 2018. The Applicant is the paramour of Ms. Ashwini Bhadange and there are on record various messages exchanged between the Applicant and Ms. Ashwini Bhadange. It further appears that, the Applicant had given some expensive gifts to Ms. Ashwini Bhadange, to which the deceased disliked. The record of investigation prima facie indicates that, the Applicant is not instrumental in abetting the suicide of Anoop Bhadange.

It further appears that in pursuance of Order dated 9th July, 2018, the Applicant has attended the concerned Investigating Officer and has joined the process of investigation. In view of the above, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. Interim relief granted by an Order dated 9th July, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned Police Station/Investigating Officer is waived.
