This application is filed for condonation of delay of 56 days caused in filing the First Appeal challenging judgment and award dated 10th March, 2023 passed by learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Thane in Application (ECA) No.174/B-44 of 2016.

The said application is opposed by the learned advocate for the Respondents. However, considering that the delay is only of 56 days and the Applicant/Appellant has already deposited the amount, delay stands condoned 3.
