This is an application for substituted service on respondent No.5 by publishing the same in the newspapers, namely, "Free Press Journal" and "Dainik Navshakti". Considering the Bailiff's remark that, "respondent No.5 is not staying at the address given in the appeal memo, but seldomely visiting the same and hence the notice is pasted on the door by way of additional service", the publication of notice in the newspapers, as stated above, is permitted. Notice is made returnable on 20th October 2016. 3.
