After arguing at length, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file civil suit claiming damages against the respondent Corporation. With the aforesaid liberty, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say that giving of liberty shall not be construed to mean that we have expressed our views on the petitioner's claim. All the contentions are left open to be raised before the Civil Court.
