DATED : 11th MARCH 2020 P.C:- Civil Application No.127 of 2018 seek condonation of delay of 189 days in assailing the judgment and award dated 15th June 2016 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Alibag in Land Reference No. 751 of 2000.

2/2 16 CAF 127-18.doc Paragraph No.2 contain the date wise sequence of the events which have taken place on passing of the judgment dated 15th June 2016. The application explain the delay and justify it on the ground of procedural formalities required to be completed in instituting the Appeal.
Learned counsel for the respondent do not seriously object to the delay being condoned and submit that the Appeal be heard on merits.
In light of the reasons stated in the application, the reason found to be "adequate reasons" sufficient to condone the delay, Civil Application Application No.127 of 2018 is allowed. SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J Tilak
