It is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the question involved in these Petitions is already covered and decided on 28.09.2017 by the Division Bench of this Court at

Aurangabad in the case of Yogesh Bhika Choudhary Vs. The State of Maharashtra, Writ Petition No.3019 of 2016.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of all these Petitions by quashing the order by which petitioners have been directed to pay Nazrana on the valuation of the property as on the date of the order. Respondents shall charge Nazrana on the valuation of the property as on the date of the application.
