Perused the ad-interim order dated 19 th June, 2014. The breach alleged is of the said order based on letter dated 17 th July, 2014.

The order dated 19 th June, 2014 which is an ad-interim order makes it very clear that the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council shall proceed with the hearing of the matter. The direction was that the final decision shall not be taken.

Therefore, no case is made out of committing any deliberate breach of the said ad-interim order dated 19 th June, 2014.

Application is rejected.
