The grievance of the petitioner is that the matter is pending before respondent no.2, Committee for deciding his caste validity claim. Learned Asstt. Govt. pleader on instructions submits that the matter is now pending before the District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee at Jalgaon. He, in the circumstance, submits that the petitioner be directed to amend petition so as to implead the said Committee as respondent no.4. The prayer is accepted and amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.
Learned Asstt. Govt. pleader further submits that respondent no.4, Committee at Jalgaon shall decide the petitioner's Caste Validity claim within period of three months from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement by the learned Asstt. Government Pleader, we are disposing the present writ petition by directing the District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee at Jalgaon to examine and decide the petitioner's caste claim as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from date of receipt of this order. Till the Caste Validity claim is decided, interim order passed by this court on 30 July, 2015 shall continue.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
