In view of the averments made in paragraphs 6 and 8, application deserves to be allowed by condoning the delay caused seeking restoration of the petition. In the result, the order dated 15th February, 2021 is re-called and the Criminal Writ Petition No.2274 of 2005 is restored to the file including the order granting ad-interim relief therein.
