Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 13.07.2022 was passed by learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 09th Court, Bandra, Mumbai in the proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act and the proper remedy is to prefer the appeal under section 29 of the said Act. However, the petitioner has inadvertently preferred this writ petition. Hence, this petition may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer the appeal under section 29 of the D.V. Act before appropriate Court.

In view of the submission, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
