The applicant is facing prosecution for offences under Sections 302, 376 and 366 of Indian Penal Code and under the provisions of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. An application was preferred before the Trial Court for recall of PW-10, which was allowed by order dated 25th June 2018, subject to applicant-accused depositing costs of Rs.350/-. 3.

It is submitted that the applicant-accused is a labour and he is not even position to pay the costs of Rs.350/-. He is represented by the advocate who is appointed through legal aid. The matter is kept for recording evidence on 7th July 2018, subject to depositing costs of Rs.350/-.
