Heard learned Counsel. Perused prayer clauses (b) and (f). We find that Writ of Mandamus cannot be issued unless and until there is a proper demand.

Hence, with liberty to the Petitioner to make necessary representation to the Competent Authority in this respect and approach again if grievance is not redressed within reasonable time, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
