After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Mr. Desai, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application. He states that as the Applicant is arrested on 24.07.2022 and he is behind bar for the last one and half years, the trial be expedited.

Accordingly, learned trial Judge is requested to conclude the trial within a period of one year. The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application, if there is no substantial progress in the trial within a period of ten months from today.
