Rule. By consent, Rule is made returnable forthwith. 3.

The prayer of the petitioner in both these petitions is that he be transferred from Swatantrapur Open jail, Aatpadi, District Sangli to Morshi Open Jail at Amravati. The learned APP has produced the report of the 1 / 2

wp.2882.2014+_10(2).doc Liaison Officer of Swatantrapur Open Colony, Aatpadi, District Sangli, which shows that the petitioner has been released from the prison as he has completed his period of imprisonment.

In this view of the matter, the petitions have become infructuous and hence, Rule is discharged.
