1] Mrs.Deshmukh, learned APP for the State placed on record the report dated 5th January, 2014 addressed by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Jail to learned Public Prosecutor. She also on instructions of the Jailor, Nashik Road Central Jail, who is present in the court, made a statement that the Petitioner has already been released from Jail on 26th November, 2014, after undergoing the entire sentence. The report is taken on record.

2] In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition will not survive and same is, accordingly, dismissed.
