Date : June 8, 2017.
P. C. :
1.
At the outset, learned APP placed on record report dated 8th June 2017 made by the Inspector of Police, Crime, Khargar Police Station. The report discloses that after completion of investigation in MECR No. 1 of 2010, C-Summary report is filed before the JMFC Panvel. The report is taken on record.
2.
In the light of above, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly concedes that grievance made in the petition no more survives. She accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
