Learned Counsel for the appellant holding for Mr.Patwardhan produces an affidavit filed by one Ms.Prarthana Rakesh Mehta, Proprietor of the Appellant, in which it is mentioned that the parties have resolved their dispute amongst themselves, out of Court. The learned Counsel submits that in view of the affidavit, he be allowed to withdraw the appeal. 2.
