The petitioners pray for following relief:- "(a) By an appropriate writ, order or direction of this Hon'ble Court, the Respondent No. 3 - Pune Municipal Corporation and the Respondent No.4 - Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation be directed to take steps in accordance with law against the unauthorized and illegal construction and encroachment committed by the Respondent Nos.7 to 9 and unauthorized user as pointed out in Petitioners' various representations / complaints dated 18.08.2016 and 26.09.2016 [Exh. H and I] in time bound manner as determined by this Hon'ble Court."

The petitioners are entitled to file comprehensive representation to the Corporation within two weeks.
