DATED : 25th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant face accusations in C.R.No. 272/2022 registered on 21/3/2022 with Dindoshi police station. The C.R invoke Sections 323, 324, 506 r/w Section 34 IPC on the supplementary statement of the complainant recorded, on the next day, offence u/s.394 has also been invoked. Reading of the complaint do not attribute to any specific role to the applicant as regards the injury being caused to the complainant and remove the gold chain of the complainant. However, her presence is shown in the C.R.

2/2 914 ABA 2028-22.doc In the wake of the accusations, the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court, state that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, but she must render her co-operation to the Investigating Officer. In the wake of the aforesaid statement, the applicant deserve protection from arrest. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant -Pooja Ravi Alkunte in connection of C.R.No.272/2022 registered with Dindoshi police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 2nd and 3rd August 2022 between 10.00 am to 12.noon.

4. The Application is allowed in the aforestated terms.
