This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal against the conviction challenging therein the judgment and order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur in Sessions Case No. 355 of 2016. The delay is of 135 days. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph No.7, the delay of 135 days in filing the appeal deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. 2.
