By filing this petition under Article 221 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking following directions to the respondents.

"The respondent no.2 and 3 be directed to take action against the Respondent no.4 to 23 for organizing bogus cycling competition at Buldhana between 12th and 14th February, 2016".

The cycling competition was held in February 2016, in regard to pps

21 wp 10776-16.doc which the petitioner submits that he has made various representations to the respondent nos.2 and 3 alleging that the competition was bogus.

Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, we are not inclined to interfere with the matter. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the other remedies as may be available to him in accordance with law, including pursuing the representations / complaints filed by him.

The petition is disposed of.
