The appeal is admitted on 28/08/2006. There is an acquittal for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. After granting of leave, the Appellant was supposed to pay requisite court fees. Since long it is not paid. 2.

Considering this as per Orders dated 21/12/2022 and 11/01/2023, this Court has given an opportunity to the Appellant to comply. However it is not complied.

Hence the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance and non prosecution.
