The Contempt Petition is taken out by the Petitioner alleging breach of the order dated 8th October, 2018 of the Division Bench of this Court directing the Respondent No. 4 to decide the proposal of the Petitioner within a period of 4 months from the date of the order. 2.

Learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the order dated 4th January, 2019. It is pointed out that the decision on the proposal has been taken by the Respondent No. 4 as far back as on 4th January, 2019.

We dismiss the Contempt Petition with costs of Rs.2000/- to be paid by the Petitioner to High Court Legal Services Committee within three weeks from today.
