The above Petition takes exception to the order passed under Section 126 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Against the said order an Appeal lies under Section 127 of the said Act. It is not necessary to entertain the above Petition. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy of an Appeal, the above Petition is disposed of. In the event there is delay in filing the Appeal, the Petitioner may file an application for condonation of the said delay and if any such application is filed by the Petitioner, the same would be considered by the Appellate Authority on its own merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity to the Petitioner to justify the said delay. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is BGP.
