Learned A.P.P has produced a communication dated 8th January 2019 sent by Senior Police Inspector, Nagpada Police Station, Mumbai. This letter shows that in 69th Court at Mazgaon, there was a SQ Pathan 1/2

wp.2518.16.61.doc settlement between parties and FIR was quashed on 14th August 2017. Communication is taken on record as Exhibit `X'. In view of this communication, we dispose of present criminal writ petition as infructuous.
