The learned APP on instructions submitted that the investigation pertaining to the present crime i.e. CR No.282 of 2015 registered with Pant Nagar Police Station is completed and the Investigating Agency is in the process of submitting chargesheet before the appropriate Court. She on instructions further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view of the same, the interim relief granted by order dated 28.7.2015 is hereby confirmed.
