Civil Application has been preferred for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased-Respondent No.14-A on record and for condonation of delay of 3 years 133 days caused in filing the present Civil Application.

The afÏdavit of service has been placed on record indicating that the proposed Respondent Nos.14A-1 to 14A-4 have been served through private notice. Today, none appears for the proposed legal heirs.
