Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State Government. Perused the affidavit of Shri Punaji Ramchandra Kothere, Incharge Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) Pune. The affidavit records in paragraph 3 that the land described therein has been allotted to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that accordingly the land has been allotted to the petitioner, the possession thereof has been handed over to the petitioner and necessary entry has been made in the 7/12 extract. Shri Kothere has tendered an apology for the delay in implementation of the order of this 1/2

2] Therefore, no case is made out to proceed further under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The petition is disposed of by accepting the apology of Shri Kothere.
