The present Applicant is the first informant in the First Information Report on the basis of which the impugned action subject matter of challenge in the main Criminal Writ Petition is taken. Hence, the Applicant is surely a proper party. Accordingly, we allow the Application and direct the Writ Petitioner to implead the Applicant as the party Respondent. 2.
