This Application is preferred by the opponent No.2 for condonation of 142 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the impugned judgment and award dated 08/01/2013 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation at Kolhapur in WC.NO.21/B-3/2011.

The learned counsel for the Respondent No.7 vehemently opposed the Civil Application. He submits that the Applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of delay. There is Basavraj G Patil 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Delay of 142 days in preferring the First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.

c) Place the First Appeal (ST) No.9270/2014 on board along with the present appeal.
