As regard the deficiencies are concerned, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought to contend that their exists no such deficiencies and if at all there were any deficiencies, they have been removed. However, we cannot overlook the admitted position that as on today the approval process has ended and therefore, the exercise which the Petitioner calls upon us to undertake would be academic. 2.

We keep all contentions of the parties open as and when the Petitioner applies in the next process that would be initiated by the Respondents - Authorities.
