Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

By an order dated 10.6.2015, the present applicant was enlarged on bail. This Court had directed that the applicant be enlarged on cash bail of Rs.1 lakh for a period of 4 weeks from the date of release. After 4 weeks, the applicant was directed to comply with the order dated 21.4.2015.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that although the order was passed on 10.6.2015, he could be actually enlarged on bail only

Mhi 2 APPP-606-15.sxw on 30.6.2015 and therefore could not furnish bail bonds within four weeks as directed by this Court. The learned counsel for the applicant therefore seeks extension of time for furnishing bail bonds and comply with the other formalities of bail.

Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant has been enlarged on bail on 30.6.2015, this Court is inclined to extend time by 3 weeks for furnishing bail. It is made clear that the applicant shall not seek any further extension.
