Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State. We have perused the affidavit of Shri Punaji Ramchandra Kothere, Incharge Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) Pune. In paragraph 3 of the said affidavit, he has stated that the allotment of the land described in the said paragraph has been made to the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that after allotment was made to the petitioner, he has been placed in possession of the allotted land and that necessary entry has been taken in the revenue records. Shri Kothere has tendered an apology for the delay. Hence, no case is made out to initiate an action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Apology of Shri Kothere is accepted.
