It is informed that all the co-accused in the present crime are already released on regular bail.

Considering the nature of allegation against the applicant, in my opinion, custodial interrogation is not justified. 3.

That being so, ad-interim protection order passed by this Court on 25th July, 2022 stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.159 of 2022 registered with Sanjaynagar Police Station, District Sangli under Sections 353, 332, 336, 160, 504 r/w 34 of IPC, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. 7.

Applicant shall furnish her residential proof and mobile number to the Investigating Officer.

The application as such stands disposed of.
