Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Civil Application (ST). No.25410 of 2014 and Civil Application (ST). No.12110 of 2015 are not on board. At the request of Advocate for the applicant, these two Civil Applications are also taken on board.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that these Civil Applications are preferred by applicant to delete names of respondents from Serial No.9 onwards from the cause title of First Appeal as well as pending Civil Applications. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, all these Civil Applications can be allowed at the cost and consequences of the applicant. Hence, following 2/3

order.

a) Applicant is permitted to delete names of respondents from Serial No.9 onwards in all First Appeal as well as pending Civil Applications at their cost and consequences.

b) Amendment be carried out within four weeks from today.

c) All Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
