At the outset, learned APP states that pursuant to the order passed by the Trial Court, directing investigation under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the police have filed charge-sheet, during the pendency of this petition, and as such the prayer sought in this petition, does not survive.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. The same is disposed of accordingly, as infructuous.

Needless to state, that it is always open for the petitioners to adopt/file appropriate proceedings, as available in law. All contentions of the petitioners are kept open.
