The effort of the petitioner father is to demonstrate that his son has not committed suicide. The doubt is expressed only on account of the fact that the amount of Rs. 10 lac with the son which was transferred to some other person has not been traced out.

Learned counsel states that the son of the petitioner had agreed to purchase a flat for Rs. 19 lacs and paid Rs. 10 lacs. The person to whom that amount was paid, thereafter has backed out and his four friends who acted as intermediaries also nilegaonkar 1/2

We have tried to find out the reason for this apprehension. There is no material to show that the son had amount of Rs. 10 lacs and that has been transferred to somebody else.

In this situation, we find no case made out at least at this stage warranting intervention. Petition is therefore, rejected. (SMT. S.S. JADHAV, J.) (B.P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.) nilegaonkar 2/2
