This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal challenging the juudgment and order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai in Special Case (POCSO) No. 58 of 2016 vide juudgment and order dagted 13th March, 2019. The delay is of 39 days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph 6 of the application, the delay deserves to be condoned in the interest of
