The Civil Application is moved that the applicants be allowed to file an Appeal from Order, as the applicants were not made party in the suit. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that during the pendency of the Civil Application, the original Plaintiffs have made the present applicants as party to the suit and therefore this application does not survive.

In view of this the civil application No. 366 of 2015 is disposed of. The Appeal is fixed for admission.
