Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Apex Grievance Redressal Committee (for short "AGRC") informs that the prayer of the petitioners for grant of stay can be considered on the next date of hearing by AGRC.

In this background, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to dispose of the present petitions with directions to AGRC to decide the prayer of the petitioners for grant of stay expeditiously. 3.

Till such prayer of the petitioners is decided and order thereon is communicated to the petitioners, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners as it is informed that already eviction orders are passed against the petitioners.

Needless to clarify that the order of AGRC after its communication to the petitioners shall remain stayed for a period of two weeks.

The petitions stand disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that on 05/08/2022, the petitioners and other parties shall remain present before the AGRC. As such, the notices for hearing on 05/08/2022 before AGRC are dispensed with.
